[VOTE] Release candidate fulcrum-parser v4.0.0 based on staged repository
Hi Turbine devs,
a new Turbine Parser release candidate has been prepared.
Tag: fulcrum-parser-4.0.0-candidate
Git repo (mirrored):
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine-fulcrum-parser.git
Mirror: https://github.com/apache/turbine-fulcrum-parser.git
Update or clone the repo, then checkout the candidate :
git checkout fulcrum-parser-4.0.0-candidate
N.B. If you do a checkout for a tag, you are in detached head mode, as you
have no branch to work on.
Artifacts:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheturbine-1092/
Main changes in this version are:
o Use Turbine parent pom v13
o Use Jakarta Servlet
This version requires Java 17.

Signatures are ok. Build and tests run fine. We should consider tackling the deprecation warnings for Long(long) and Integer(int) next time.
