> If a work item times-out (by default after 24 hours) the JD marks it as an error.  However, the JP thread processing that work item remains unavailable for new work. The JD should deallocate the JP with a reason of "work item time-out".  The Agent will stop the JP, and any remaining work items located there will be retried elsewhere.
