   When modifying a pipeline, the layout of the pipeline gets lost and the auto-layout feature is used to position the pipeline.
   
   Users expect that the pipeline state is fully restored including the position of pipeline elements.
   
   We need to store another model along with pipelines which keeps the position and possibly also other metadata (e.g., comments) when pipelines are stored.
   
   Imported from Jira [STREAMPIPES-363](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STREAMPIPES-363). Original Jira may contain additional context.
