Steps:
# Go to Customize Services page (HDFS service's tab is opened).
# Try to change 'Hadoop maximum Java heap size' field's value to any other correct.

Result: Message 'This is required ' is present, but shouldn't.

Note: also was reproduced for some other numeric fields on HDFS tab and for tabs for other services.
