WS-Trust namespace error?

Hello,

I implemented a custom WS-Trust token issuer. Everything works
as expected but I added a validation step before processing the
token request/validation.

I'm in trouble since in the ws-trust schema, the namespace for
ws-trust 1.3 is:

xmlns:wst='http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/'

while in the message created by rampart client, I've

xmlns:wst='http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512

that causes the validation fail.

What is the correct version?
