   While tryingn to build from source code, front-end build fails. I assume there is a step missing wrt the [Build from source code](https://github.com/apache/pulsar-manager#build-from-source-code) section.

   npm --version = 8.11.0
   node --version = v16.15.1
   
   ### Error Message
