Committers:

Deane Sloan has performed a modification to the code that allows Apache SOAP to run
under JSDK 2.0, and therefore JServ.  I would be interested in having this added to the
code base, and I'm sure others would benefit, such as those working with Oracle 9i.
Deane previously asked whether there was interest in this, but got no response from any
committers.  I would like to know from one (or more!) of you whether Deane should submit
these changes for consideration.
