Turbine init() happening twice.........

Hi All,
    Is there a way in which I can stop the turbine initialization happening more than once. I want to run my scheduled process only once, but with the Turbine init() happening more than once the scheduled process run more than once and I get my Data duplicated.
I am using Turbine 2.2 and Torque 3.0 .Interesting note when I was using Turbine2.1 I never faced such a problem.
I am not using Fulcrum services, I am using the Turbine services. I have commented out the xmlRPC service and the intake service.

Any help on this will be welcome.
