[VOTE] Apache SystemDS 2.0.0 (RC1)
Please vote on releasing the following candidate as Apache SystemDS version
2.0.0
The vote is open for at least 72 hours and passes if a majority of at least
3 +1 PMC votes are cast.

Thanks to all for pointing out and fixing the issues with RC1.
I am closing the vote for RC1 now.

thanks for cutting RC1 Arnab - there are a few issues we should address
though:
* the NOTICE file in the systemds-2.0.0-bin still refers to Apache
SystemML, whereas the systemds-2.0.0-src has the correct name
* systemds-2.0.0-bin should have the SystemDS.jar under root (not just
in lib) because only this jar is necessary when using SystemDS on an
