Demo server

Hi,

Gavin has installed a crontab to update and stop/run OFBiz every 6 hours. As you may have seen this morning there were some 
problems. So I have enhanced the script cron uses. Please see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2486 and 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2482

Hopefully this will run smoothly now

Also,

Is there any reasons why in trunk demo the following files have been changed?

  applications/accounting/data/helpdata/HELP_ACCOUNTING_agreements.xml
  framework/minilang/config/DefaultMessages.xml

Without any answers I will revert them in 2 days, thanks
