[I] UpdateSchema: Apply() returns IdentifierFieldIDs in non-deterministic order, breaking Schema.Equals [iceberg-go]

badalprasadsingh opened a new issue, #1776:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/issues/1776

   ### Apache Iceberg version

   main (development)

   ### Please describe the bug 🐞

Right now, `UpdateSchema.Apply()` builds the evolved schema's `IdentifierFieldIDs` by iterating `u.identifierFieldNames`, a Go map. Map iteration order is _randomized_, so the resulting slice ordering is non-deterministic.

`Schema.Equals` compares `IdentifierFieldIDs` positionally via `slices.Equal`, so two logically identical schemas (same identifier fields) can compare unequal across runs. This causes `BuildUpdates()` to register spurious duplicate schema versions and pollutes schema history.

   Ideal Fix: sort `identifierFieldIDs`

   ### Contribution

Will raise a PR for the fix.
