[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-338) Incorrect default distribution for addresses

Ted Ross created DISPATCH-338:
---------------------------------

Summary: Incorrect default distribution for addresses
                 Key: DISPATCH-338
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-338
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Router Node
    Affects Versions: 0.6.0
            Reporter: Ted Ross
            Assignee: Ted Ross
             Fix For: 0.6.0

Hat tip to Jiri Danek:

I observed the following behavior. If I do not specify an address {} section in qdrouterd.conf at all, then the router behaves as if I set a closest
distribution for that address.

If I do specify address {} section and do not specify distribution for it, then
the router behaves as if I set the balanced distribution for that address.

Manual page for qdrouterd.conf says that the default distribution is balanced. Shouldn't the balanced distribution be applied in the first case as well as in the second case?
