It would be useful to do a system view to get the latest *N(system property)* completed compute tasks.

It is proposed to make it look like the existing system view *org.apache.ignite.spi.systemview.view.ComputeTaskView* using a *org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.task.monitor.ComputeGridMonitor* (based on a ring buffer).
