Christian Schneider resolved SLING-9559.
----------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
I found that SubsciberIdle is not a good replacement for how we currently determine the subscriber status. So I decided to not do this change.

> For the upcoming changes I plan to move computing the agent state to bookkeeper as it will do the whole subscriberIdle management anyway.
> So in this issue I plan to move the computation of state IDLE or RUNNING to the SubscriberIdle class is it knows this anyway.
