CLK-241

Hi Malcolm,

Do you recall why CLK-241[1] path hasn't been applied?

I can produce the problem in the TablePaginatorPage demo by setting
the banner on top and switching on table sorting. Once a column is
sorted the title of the header column becomes "Go to last page" which
is wrong. I'm not sure what the "table-sort-links" property is meant
for though. But clearing the controlLink  title looks good.
