I have the exact same problem, similar configuration, with Apache 2.0.47
(Debian). Only one host mentioned in the ChildPerUserID directives (usually the
first?) seems to work. Trying to connect to any of the other virtual hosts
yields no response whatsoever.
Error log shows something like that:
Determining if request should be passed. Child Num: 1, SD: 24, sd from table:
12, hostname from server: supervision.de
Passing request.
passing request to another child. Vhost: www.supervision.de, child 1 25
Writing message to 25, passing sd: 30
Writing message succeeded 46
Access log is empty.
