   Thanks for the thorough review @zhijiangW and @AHeise .
   I've updated the PR and addressed most of the issues. 
   
   Also I found some bugs in writer (particularly, not recycling or double-recycling buffers). To test the fixes, I extracted `ChannelStateWriteRequestExecutor`.
