[MEETING] Meeting minutes 05/08

Hi All,

Please find today's meeting minutes as follows

1. May ASF board report submitted
2. Discussion on next release plan targeting early June
3. Release focused on JDK 14 support for examples. All test-case support
might be at risk, and could be pushed to the next release
4. OK to merge PR with build issues that are caused by JDK upgrade as long
as reviewers are confident with those issues to be fixed before release.
