Steps to reproduce:
* Install Spark2 and Zeppelin in the cluster

After Spark2 and Zeppelin is installed on the cluster, check the interpreter setting for zeppelin.
In this cluster spark component is not installed. But Zeppelin still configures spark interpreter. 
Zeppelin should check for which Spark version is installed and create interpreter accordingly.
