   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   When I opened a PR to Arrow C++ repo for enabling several integration test cases, the CI reported a few errors, although the command `archery integration --with-cpp=true --with-rust=true` passes all cases locally.
   
   I found that the CI runs more than above. For example it runs against golden files too. We should update our documentation.
