The IIS adapters(isapi.dll, etc) as supplied with Tomcat 3.2, appear to be 
missing from the Tomcat 4 series. To the best of my knowledge IIS 5.0 doesn't 
support either Warp or AJP 1.3, so there doesn't seem to be any way of using 
the two together. That's unfortunate as far as I'm concerned - I really need 
Tomcat 4 functionality and I have a PHB that insists on IIS.

Any chance of those adapters showing up again?
