[jira] [Created] (SOLR-8365) If you change LogUpdateProcessor logging from info, rather than turning off update logging, you send more useless update logging to the SolrCore RequestLog.

Mark Miller created SOLR-8365:
---------------------------------

Summary: If you change LogUpdateProcessor logging from info, rather than turning off update logging, you send more useless update logging to the SolrCore RequestLog.
                 Key: SOLR-8365
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-8365
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Mark Miller

This is kind of annoying.

How do you actually turn off update logging without also turning off all request logging?

And it should not take so much effort to truly turn off update logging.
