Transcoder creates JPEG Image with no content

I am running SaveAsJPEG.java example with my dummy svg file (attached in email) to generate JPEG version of it. I runs correctly and generates JPEG image with same size(height, width) as my svg. However, it doesn't show anything in it. 

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
