Refactoring/formatting parent/pom

Hi all

The coding conventions [1] say that we have an indent of 4. But looking
at existing poms I can't avoid the feeling, that for xml files an indent
of 2 has to be use.

Do you have a specific ordering for the main tags in poms?

Thanks
Felix
