Hello!

I've fixed this problem.

First, you have to modify the definition of table 'TURBINE_USER'
in 'security-schema.xml' that is included in source code archive
of Jetspeed 1.4b3.

Like below

And, you have to rebuild Jetspeed.

I'm using Jetspeed 1.4b3 with PostgreSQL 7.3.1 with no problem !
