is src/pubs/default/xslt/toDoc.xsl dead code?

hi !

i just came across src/pubs/default/xslt/toDoc.xsl, which is an identity 
stylesheet except that it removes an rc:backup wrapper.

it looks like it is no longer used:

modules/resource/sitemap.xmap:          <map:transform 
src="fallback://lenya/xslt/rc/toDoc.xsl"/>
pubs/blog/sitemap.xmap:            <map:transform

pubs/blog/sitemap.xmap:            <map:transform 
src="fallback://lenya/xslt/rc/toDoc.xsl"/>
pubs/default/modules/homepage/sitemap.xmap:          <map:transform 
src="fallback://lenya/xslt/rc/toDoc.xsl"/>

i.e. if it were to override the one from core, it should be in 
$PUB_HOME/lenya/xslt/rc...

if nobody points out a pressing reason why it should stay, it goes :)
