Publish javadoc for each released module. As an example, the Apache BeanUtils project keeps different version online like http://commons.apache.org/beanutils/v1.8.3/apidocs/ and http://commons.apache.org/beanutils/v1.8.0/apidocs/.

This makes it easy to browse differences between APIs without checking out source, and also allows eclipse to associate online docs to downloaded jars without checking out source.
