Concurrent jar's debug info stripped?

Hi,

We are using the following jar in our project:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/concurrent/jars/concurrent-1.3.4.jar

It appears that it is compiled with no debug info, so it produces stack
traces such as the one shown here:
http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-6673

Is there a reason for this? If not, can it be corrected?
