Compiling Turbine 3.0 Dev is done _entirely_ at your own risk at this point.
The 3.0 Turbine API is far from finish, so expect your code to brake anytime.

We recommend that people stay with 2.1 until 3.0 is ready.

If there are problems than we will definitely make note of them but the 3.0 series
is not for production and things might not get fixed in a timely fashion.

  Thanks,

  -The Turbine Team

This is a little off topic, but are funny story, about how foreign languges
sometimes are a bit difficult..
We recently had this minister from Denmark attend this International summit.

We have this saying in Denmark
'Put prikken over i'et'
translated to
'Put the dot over the i'
It means making something perfect, putting the last touch on something.

So while making a speach at summit our minister said
something which sounded like 'Put the prick over the eye'. (prik is danish
for dot)
The rest is history....

I don't consider consider your corrections in a negative view.

I just think that you shouldn't need to post corrections - to my very first
'doc post' to the dev list, kind of scares people for making more 'doc post'
if thats the kind of exposure they get with a 5-line document.

Just patch it the next time.

I don't consider it a "price" to pay as long as you don't consider my
corrections in a negative view...:-)

Let me also state that I *love* foreign committers. I have learned a lot
from all of you. :-)

That's the price to pay to have foreigner committers.
However, I'll read my contributions through a second time in the future,
might even use a spelling checker next time!

How to get 2.1 release version of TDK from CVS?

Posted by Aravinda Ghosh Addala <ar...@majorband.co.uk>.
Hi,

I want to build tdk2.1 release from source. How do I get that version from
CVS? I am using WinCVS and I have specified revision as 2.1 in the checkout
options. CVS created few directories and I couldn't find all the files
needed.

My check-out module is jakarta-turbine-tdk.

Where am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Aravinda.
