review PR for milestone 12.0 before beta 4

Hi, 

 If people have a bit of have time to review PR would it be possible to
review or react to modification on the following PR in milestone 12

https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/1831 seems a bit dangerous for 12.0
I think we need architecture change (adding a wrapper)

https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/1890 is about javac.

 

https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/1831 may have to be postponed
because implies making libs wrapper..
