Subscribe feature seems to be broken or missconfigured

Hi,

I've tried to subscribe to the ponymail mailing lists. 

It uses "dev-subscribe@ponymail.apache.org" instead of "dev-subscribe@ponymail.incubator.apache.org". Is this a bug or a missconfiguration or am I missing something?
