GSOC deadline is tomorrow

Proposals are due tomorrow at 19:00 UTC.  See https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/timeline.  I recommend that you submit 2-3 hours in advance in case there are technical problems with your submission.

GSoC students,

I suggest you make a submission of the final pdf immediate. You can update submission with new versions up until the deadline. Making a final submission now gives us a chance to verify if we actually see one. Note, the drafts are just drafts, if you do not make the final pdf submission, your application is not valid. 

If you have a reasonably looking draft, attempt a submission now.
