automated patchqueue summary has busted date

Hi Ken, it seems that you have a stange setup for dates
on your local system for these automated patch summaries
(which are excellent, by the way).

In my mailer, your postings do not appear as normal. I need
to scroll back up to top of the date-sorted list to find them.
It looks like an empty date field at your end.
