Xalan Extension Classpath

Hi *,

To use Xalan Java extensions, I'd like to set the classpath used to find
extension classes in the <Style> task rather than in the JVM invoking Ant.
The nested <classpath> or <classpathref> allows the user to specify where to
load the xsl processor but it does not work for extensions.

By overriding <Style> and playing with isolation and thread context, it
seems to work now...Does anyone think about another solution since we're not
sure about the side-effects at the moment?
