This change has already been implemented in the WSDL 2.9 Interchange schema wsdlcm.xsd, so all of the testcases that have an Interface Fault are now failing (because this property is not present in the interchange results produced by Woden's Ant task). The Woden API and the Ant interchange results formatter need to be updated to reflect this change.
