Policeman Jenkins updated (delay because of human errors)

Hi,

Policeman Jenkins was finally updated to newer JDK versions:
- jdk1.7.0_72
- jdk1.8.0_25
- jdk1.8.0_40-ea-b20
- jdk1.9.0-ea-b44 (this one has no longer rt.jar, so forbidden-apis will just print warning because of incompatible bootclasspath, also maybe some stuff might not work, but on my windows machine it passed on a quick check).

Unfortunately during cleanup I accidently apt-get removed some related package (with --purge) that itself caused Jenkins to uninstall. Because of the purge it cleaned up 30 Gigs of Jenkins home folder. I restored the backup from end of October, so not all recent builds are visible.

Uwe
