[ANN] Sonar 2.4 released

The Sonar Team is pleased to announce the release of Sonar 2.4. This version
ships with 4 important new features :

Support for Maven 3
Create custom dashboards
Manage plugins from the browser with the update center
Define architecture rules, for example to forbid access to classes *.web.*
from *.dao.*

To find out more on those features, you can explore them in screenshots [1]. 

On top of those features, this release contains more than 50 improvements
and bug-fixes [2]. To enjoy the new version, you can download it straight
away [3].
