High Performance Microservices w/ Apache Thrift

Hello All,

Aki and I just wrapped up a talk at Open Source summit Japan on Thrift. Was
a lot of fun.

The repo with the code for the performance comparos and demo stuff (is very

There are some half baked things in there that we did not demo so fair
warning. We may add more comparos and clean things up in the days ahead.
