Seems to be a lot of spam in Bugzilla recently

Is there any way to delete the spam comments in bugzilla, or to prevent
them all together?

Hi,

Delete? Create an infra-ticket on JIRA with a list of all spam-comments and
spammers, they will remove and block the accounts.

Prevent? Sadly not that I know of, Infra is trying to avoid it, but it
seems the spammers always find ways around it.
