Airflow uses system tests as a way to test interaction of providers with external systems. We should use this mechanism to confirm lineage collection works as designed

We have Ol system tests in place, and some providers like google are also instrumented with OL in their system tests. Will close this, feel free to reopen if I'm wrong.
