[jira] [Commented] (HADOOP-13161) remove JDK7 from Dockerfile
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-13161?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15285880#comment-15285880 ]
Allen Wittenauer commented on HADOOP-13161:
-------------------------------------------
It's important to note that Apache Yetus does not support different vendors/same version in MultiJDK mode (YETUS-13). Since OpenJDK 8 isn't (easily) available for our Ubuntu 14.04 docker image, I'm just going to go with plain old Oracle JDK 8.

> We should slim down the Docker image by removing JDK7 now that trunk no longer supports it.
