JSPs wont reload!

Can anyone help me?

I still cant get JSPs to reload .... they work fine for a while, but
after abt 30 mins, they start pulling up old objects .... this only
happens if the JSP pages are constantly changing - as they do in our
development environment.  If I dont change anything and keep it all the
same, then nothing's wrong ...

It works again once I restart tomcat.
