Cluster was upgraded to 2.3.2.0-2606. On last step finalization was not performed. Instead Downgrade button was clicked. Downgrade failed on Oozie server restart.
This is when running agents as a user other than root.
The copy fails because the target is only writable by root since it was created from the yum install command (which runs with sudo).
