Release and download link

Hi,
 I am getting many mails about ftpserver download
link. How can I set the download link? The server is
very stable now. Due to my lack of knowledge about the
release mechanism and setting the download links, I
could not do it. I also want to know how I can update
the documents in ftpserver site.

Still can't you find out how to release and set up the
download link?
How about posting a message to infrastructure@apache.org or
community@apache.org ?

Isn't here anyone who can support Rana?
