Infra tickets for examples hardware and anti-spam on commits@

Live Wicket examples

Because our free luxurious ride at openshift is coming to a less luxurious
end we are going to migrate our live examples projects to Apache
infrastructure. As such we have asked Infrastructure for a VM where we can
host our example projects.

Anti-spam

Also there's a case of spam in the commits@ list archives. For this I also
created a ticket to make sure we remove it from the archives and see how we
can prevent this from happening again.
