xupdate:variable is inserted to often

This is a case where a variable has been used to store an xml node, delete it
from the document, and insert it in a different place. An exception is thrown
(Caused by: org.xmldb.api.base.XMLDBException: :Error executing XPath query:
Variable not resolvable: existingCell)

Notice that it leaves theses <temporaryXUpdateTree> elements in the document.
Corruption.
