Q: is there an "official" way to install Xalan extension functions w Cocoon

Hello, evrybody!

I've got a Q, and maybe some's got an ANS:

  Is there an official (via cocoon.properties or anything) to install
 extension functions into Xalan to engage 'em in our Cocoon transforms.

  This would greatly impower us in working w Cocoon.
