fix(visualization): constrain the colour settings to what plotly accepts

Line Chart's line colour, Continuous Error Bands' fill colour and Figure Factory
Table's font colour were free text, so a mistyped colour reached plotly and
aborted the run with an error naming a plotly property rather than the field the
user filled in. Each now declares a pattern mirroring plotly's own ColorValidator.

Closes #7252
