New Release Candidate: 3.4.6-rc1 - Testers Needed

Hello Everyone,

3.4.6 release candidate 1 is now available at
https://people.apache.org/~sidney/devel

This fixes a small but an annoying bug that was introduced in 3.4.5, plus one more minor bug that was simple enough to include once we knew we needed a version 3.4.6.

Please test and post success or failure as soon as posible! If these files don't show any immediate problems I'll call for a vote on moving to full release.

The draft release announcement has been committed to the 3.4 branch in build/announcements/3.4.6,txt
Suggest changes to the summary of fixes if necessary.
