## Scope
Generate JavaScript/TypeScript message/enum/union types from IDL for gRPC usage.
## Detailed tasks
- Ensure JS/TS generator emits message/enum/union types compatible with gRPC stubs.
- Align namespace/package handling with existing JS/TS generator rules.
- Add golden codegen tests for file names and signatures.
- Keep output free of gRPC runtime dependencies; only type definitions and helpers.

@miantalha45 This is not reserved, but we need first refactor javascript API in https://github.com/apache/fory/issues/3345 first to ensure a consistent API name style
